I really liked the minimal, simple, and clean look of the place. The lack of curtains makes everything clearer and more essential. The bed is super comfortable, the cleaning service is highly efficient, and Fabrizio, who handles everything, has a unique kindness. If I could suggest something, it would be to add a few more bottles in the fridge or two one‑liter bottles instead of half‑liters, and some sweet or salty snacks in the fridge.

The building looks nice, it’s been renovated and the details and accessories are well cared for; the bathtub isn’t brand‑new but still really good. I did notice a bit of dust near the glasses – understandable for a stone property, but it would help to cover them or rotate them. The owner is helpful, but if my checkout is at 10:00 I don’t think it’s appropriate to send a message at 8:00 or call at 9:30. I’m a receptionist myself, handling check‑ins and check‑outs, and I usually wait for the guest until the very end without pushing them out too hard. It would be wise to install a proper cover on the terrace so smoking guests can step out even when it rains without causing inconvenience. The camera on the private terrace seems questionable; I’d like to know where the recordings go, especially since I pay for privacy. How private is this terrace really?
