The location is quiet and the outdoor area is nice, plus the kitchen even has a dishwasher which was handy. Unfortunately the garden was littered with junk and spider webs gathered in the corners – I woke up with one on my arm. The shower wasn’t the cleanest either, so the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. Still, the spot itself is decent if you don’t mind a bit of extra tidying.

Set beneath the Pálava hills, the view over the Nové Mlýny reservoir is stunning and the garden with its little swimming pond is lovely. The host was very friendly and even baked us some excellent pastries. It made for a truly enjoyable stay.

The accommodation felt like a dream for our family – everything we could need was there, from plenty of toys for the kids to a huge garden with a pergola. The owners were attentive, even bringing us a delicious homemade cake, and their family vineyard produced wine that was a real treat. We felt completely at home and will definitely return with a big group.

The owners are unbelievably warm and make you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s cottage. The house is well equipped and perfect for large groups, and the surrounding Pálava scenery is simply beautiful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly, well‑appointed stay.
