The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me, even calling the airport to assist with my lost luggage situation. Their kindness and helpfulness made a big difference in my stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location near the airport and Pashupatinath temple. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing, especially the Indian dishes. The hotel staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service.

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. Although the staff seemed hesitant to accept Indian currency, which led me to look for alternative accommodations, I did appreciate their cleanliness standards. Unfortunately, the rooms were not up to par, with dirty conditions and poor bedding.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. The pictures on the website did not match the reality, and the room was in a deplorable state with old, broken furniture, dirty bedding, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and harassing, and their lack of a computer system and knowledge of my booking made me feel uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they tried to pressure me into paying in USD and seemed reluctant to return my passport.
