The staff were friendly, but the breakfast was disappointing for the price of the room and the location. Also, I was given two small mattresses instead of the large bed I requested, so we slept on two separate beds, which was not ideal. It's a shame for a Mercure property.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole team was welcoming, giving the place a truly peaceful vibe. The elevator broke down for the entire weekend, forcing me to climb two flights of stairs, which was a bit tough—luckily it happened over the weekend.

The hotel gives good value for money, is clean, the rooms are cozily decorated and the staff are friendly; being near Metro line 3 makes it generally convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast was rather simple.

The staff, including the manager, were outstanding, the rooms and public areas were clean and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the location near shops, restaurants, metro and bus made reaching Paris in minutes very convenient; I’ve been coming here for years and won’t change.
