The pousada is simple, but the location isn’t great; the access streets to the venue are poorly lit, unpaved, and the distance is a bit longer than I expected based on the app map.

I loved the private yard, it was peaceful and perfect for watching birds, and the hot shower was a real treat after a long day. The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome, but I couldn't ignore the foul smell coming from the kitchen drain, which forced me to keep the cover on at all times.
