The spot was excellent, the room was small but impeccably clean, though there’s no place to stash items in the bathroom.

The view was breathtaking, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and Gabor had a perfect sense of humour—thanks a lot! The place is vibrant and unforgettable, and I slept wonderfully there. Breakfast was nice, and we were allowed to leave our backpacks after check‑out while walking around, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ll definitely return!

It was almost in the center, but the stairs were many to climb. The breakfast was weak and the products were old. The attic room was dirty, had no slippers, shower gel, or soap. The towels were shabby, needed changing, were torn, smelled bad, and the furniture was old; the linens smelled bad and felt like they hadn’t been changed, it seemed like a patchwork. There was no internet; the owner said it was a malfunction, but I think they didn’t have it because the network wasn’t found. I would not come back or recommend it, even though it’s roughly central.

The view is exceptional, the location is great, and the staff—Gabor and the owner Lajos—are extremely kind and considerate, preparing breakfast and pampering you with words and a few jokes. They were very understanding of every request we had. The location is beautiful with a view of the parliament and a balcony (we had the deluxe). The environment is super quiet, a 5‑minute walk to the metro, but closer you can reach bus 16 and just below the tram 41 and 49, if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again, we hope to return! No complaints, just a tiny suggestion to fix the bathroom fan, but those are minor issues.
