“Bel Lodge in stile zulu da ultimare”

The new Zulu‑style property is still being finished and some services are missing. The access road is a bit uneven. Our reservation wasn’t marked, but the very kind staff immediately arranged accommodation for us. The view of the lake from the pool is stunning, and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic! The POS system wasn’t working, the shower was outside the unit and there was no bathroom door. The property still needs finishing touches.

Everything was perfect. The staff was extremely accommodating, ensuring we were fed even with a late check‑in and an early departure. The rooms were amazing and the view was everything 🙏 Thank you – we’ll return! Absolutely nothing to complain about.

“The peaceful of the place mmm. You sleep like a baby.”

The braai was delicious, though we didn’t have breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the view from the pool area was great. The bar was very empty and there was no TV in the room.

The breakfast was really good and the rooms were nice and clean; the staff and manager made us feel very welcome and the overall value was solid, though the road to the hotel was a bit rough.
