The Inn at Haystack Rock is situated in Cannon Beach, one block from the ocean and three blocks from town. Rooms surround two garden courtyards, each with a kitchenette, cable TV, and DVD player. Select rooms offer a private patio. An outdoor fire pit and proximity to Haystack Rock, Ecola State Park, and Seaside Municipal Airport make it an ideal coastal retreat.

There was plenty of space and a nice kitchen; it sleeps six but I only needed two, yet the single bathroom felt odd for a cottage that holds six.

The location was great, but the room felt cramped and noisy, with a tiny bed. Parking was a nightmare, forcing me to haggle with other guests for a spot and fend off non‑hotel visitors.

Ref ran very cold even when turned all the way down. Smoke detector battery chirped so maintenance person came to change battery but installed it backwards so it still chirped until my husband turned it around
