The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the food varied and the location superb with the beach and 5th Avenue practically at my doorstep; I’ll definitely be back. The only downside was that some guests tended to be loud outside at night.

Overall the hotel far outshines what the pictures suggest, offering a price‑to‑service and price‑to‑facility ratio that feels wildly out of step, and the staff were consistently friendly, especially the wonderful Boris, whom I’ve known since 2019 and who truly went above and beyond, turning this place into an experience unlike any I’ve had at Sandos or Vidanta, where shows end at 11 pm; here a different, first‑class performance runs each day, and I’m sharing photos purely out of appreciation—not paid promotion—so I can’t recommend it enough, except that the pillows were extremely hard and should be swapped.

The staff were attentive, the rooms comfortable, and the activity schedule was fine. The food variety was disappointing; I think the restaurants need a bit more. The staff can be demanding and inflexible, so it stays at four stars.
