Super! It’s clean, well‑located, quiet, and away from traffic noise. The staff are attentive, very responsive, and can arrange excursions at competitive rates. Breakfast was decent (instant coffee, tea, eggs, bread, butter, jam). Book without hesitation! We liked everything.

Everything was very, very clean and well maintained. The reception was very friendly. The excursions offered were just as cheap as those outside. It’s well located for day trips and the promenade. Breakfast was simple but good. We only had one night, though. 😉

“Cold, unwelcoming, rude, loud, unprofessional staff. No privacy, Unwelcoming environment.”

I can’t say anything good about this place. It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in all of South America. The staff are incredibly cold, rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming, especially the two younger men. They keep walking past your room, loudly talking on the phone. The family uses the entrance as a living room and silently watches you as you walk in. They play loud, awful TV right next to the common area, so you can’t relax there. They overcharge you on the exchange rate when you pay in person, about 7% higher even with Peruvian cash. The electricity went off for several hours, and the rude male seemed annoyed when we asked about it. Their attitude is really poor, you feel like you have no privacy, and they seem annoyed you’re there.
