It was under maintenance and the whole exterior was very dirty. The exterior cleaning was lacking.

“Nothing to rave about.”

The construction noise was so intense that I left after less than an hour. The construction was noisy.

“No good.”

There was literally nothing to stay in. The hotel was under renovation, had no name sign, huge garbage dumpsters on the property, and only one car in the parking lot. I was unaware the property was being renovated yet I was still charged the full price for a half‑renovated room and an additional 100.00 damage fee. Directions were unclear because there was no hotel name. The tub drained slowly, only one other guest stayed on the property, there were cigarette holes in the blanket, the TV didn’t work so they just placed another TV in front of the broken one. I didn’t stay at all and we moved to another hotel.

“Se for só para dormir e banho”

The location was excellent, close to snack bars, a shopping outlet, a pharmacy and the Universal parks; since I didn’t rent a car, the bus stop was a 5‑minute walk. The rooms had microwaves and a minibar, and the floors weren’t carpeted (good thing). During my stay I found two cockroaches in the bathroom. The deposit refund took longer than expected. The air‑conditioner was old and noisy, some outlets didn’t work, the pool was unavailable, and the hotel is under construction, which might improve things.
