I was very disappointed this time—my first bad experience with booking. The place was filthy, with a chaotic mess of food, cleaning products, linens, and a cherry on top of a cake! A surprise under the bed! I’m speechless!

The spot was lovely, but it turned out to be a guesthouse that was poorly described.

The apartment was close enough to the historic center to walk. The host was organized and attentive, and the unit was well equipped. Breakfast was fully self‑served, and the amenities were adequate for a family weekend. The downside was road noise because there was no double glazing and the windows weren’t airtight; it would have helped to have an opaque curtain to block the glare from passing cars. A few fresh pastries would have been nice. Note that the place is an apartment with two rooms and a shared breakfast area; one room has a tiny private bathroom, and the second room does not share a bathroom (this wasn’t mentioned in the description). There was no TV.

The property is practically next to Forum Boario, very welcoming and centrally located! The rooms are roomy and the place is very clean! Nothing to complain about.

We stayed three nights and felt very comfortable. We briefly met Eleonora, who was super nice and everything was there and very clean! She put a lot of effort into breakfast: there was muesli, fruit, cakes, jam, coffee, and a milk frother. We (German;) just bought a bit of bread and cheese and that was perfectly enough. One thing to know: the apartment has two rooms, one with a mini‑bath in the room and the other with a separate bathroom accessible from the hallway. I'm not sure if that was listed on Booking, maybe I missed it. The only thing a bit annoying is the noise from the main street.
