Everything was fine, exactly as it should be at a hostel. Any shortcomings were fixed quickly. The reception staff were very attentive, answering all my questions without getting bored. When I asked to change rooms, they helped promptly. Everything was very transparent and secure, and they issued invoices for all payments. A truly reliable and clear hostel for tourists. From the moment I arrived, Aigerim, the admin, was a very polite woman. Everything followed cleanliness standards.

Because I decided at the last minute to stay a few more days and most places were booked, I ended up choosing this spot and was pleasantly surprised. The staff don’t speak much English, but communication was fine; the cleaning was spotless, most female guests were disciplined and quiet, and the AC was cool. The only issue is it’s on the second floor, so you have to carry large suitcases up yourself.
