Customer service was good, but the facilities need an upgrade.

The location was convenient, but the shower water never got hot, the microwave wasn’t plugged in and had no outlet, and an extension cord I tried to use didn’t work at all.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is very ideal. The cleanliness was not great, and the room was very expensive for the quality. They claimed to serve breakfast, but it was basically just waffles, which didn’t match what other hotels offer.
