“Tolle Lage, fantastisches Personal, Optik verbesserungsbedürftig”

The location in the Harz is truly unique, and the room in the Kutscherhaus is set up in a practical way. The housekeeping was flawless, and the staff were excellent—friendly, understanding, and well‑informed. They researched and answered any questions we had. The food at the restaurant was a real highlight, with highly skilled professionals behind it. I was disappointed, however, by the cool, Scandinavian aesthetic and the color choices. The room felt small and the décor was functional but rather bland. Both the main and secondary buildings, inside and out, were color‑coordinated but still disappointing despite the effort. I think there are people who could turn a mediocre stay into a good or very good one.

“Rundum sehr gelungen und empfehlenswert.”

The breakfast and the food at the hotel restaurant were outstanding. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My reservation had not been recorded in the hotel system, and if the staff hadn’t been so flexible and helpful in assigning me an available room—especially difficult that weekend because of the castle run—I would have had to leave again.

“Einfach ankommen, die Ruhe und Komfort genießen , fertig !!”

The rooms are large, bright, clean, and modern. Everything is comfortable and guest‑focused. The staff are very attentive and considerate. The food is consistently praised, whether breakfast, the restaurant, or the BBQ buffet. Everything is fresh, tasty, and special. The sustainable mindset runs through the entire hotel, great.

Very good breakfast, courteous staff, good parking situation. The saunas were not at full temperature in the evening, and the quiet area was unfortunately too small.
