No one at the hotel speaks or understands English, except for one receptionist. Even at the spa center, no one spoke English. The indoor pool is open for families for only two and a half hours during the day, during lunchtime only, which was very disappointing. At dinner, around 7:00 PM, some of the food ran out and wasn’t replenished. The hotel doesn’t serve plain tap water during dinner and forces you to buy water from the bar instead. There are no plastic dishes or cups for young children in the dining room, only breakable tableware. Bottom line: It feels like the hotel was designed for children, but things weren’t thought through to the end. Very disappointing.
