It’s right in the heart of old Hanoi, and Laura was kind and very available. The only small issue was the lack of pressure in the shower.

I was thrilled with my visit; the hotel sits in a handy spot surrounded by a variety of eateries and stores, and after a tiring day touring Hanoi, returning to a spotless, silent room felt just right.

The property is in a very central location and the staff are very friendly, but the bed linen had hair on it, as did the floor and the shower, and it gets really noisy in the evenings and at night.
