I had a wonderful stay! The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food and wine at the restaurant below the building was excellent

Omar was very kind and attentive to our needs; everything was very nice. The only downside was that accessibility was only by stairs.

A great spot in the centre of northern Ibiza, perfect for day trips. The room was tastefully furnished, the beds were comfortable, they were made daily and fresh towels were provided every day. I read in other reviews that breakfast and a pool were available at Giri Residence, but we were not aware of that.

The rooms are really nicely decorated with balconies. The stairs are very steep for older people, there is no reception in the building – you have to go to the GIRI Hotel, which has a much nicer reception.
