The lagoon villa is simple but comfortable, and the lagoon pool is great. Breakfast is good, and the children’s pool is cool. The Italian restaurant near the sea is excellent, and manager Bogdan runs a 4‑star hotel, not a 5‑star. The villa is luxury‑priced but doesn’t feel luxurious, the view shows old buildings, it’s far from the city and everything except a 7‑11, and the garden is the poorest and least maintained I’ve seen in 20 years of traveling to Thailand. Make sure you check that there are no Indian weddings while you’re there. Sea access exists but is poorly maintained, no staff on hand, and it feels very 3‑4 star. The beach is very muddy compared to downtown Hua Hin.

The staff service is very good, the room is clean, breakfast is varied, and there is plenty of drinking water in the room. The beach is a bit far, but a golf cart can be called to drop you off.

The room was spotless, the staff were courteous and polite, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious 😋, but there were a lot of mosquitoes.
