“Çalışanlar ilgili alakalı yardım sever odaları istediğimiz zaman temizleniyor klima ayarı yok tv ler eski birde ufak böc”

The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. Unfortunately, the location was a bit of a letdown, the rooms were clean but there were ants and spiders crawling around.

“Not great”

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and went out of their way to help me. However, I was a bit disappointed to find out that there was no soap in the bathroom and no coffee or tea facilities in the room. To make matters worse, there was no ironing board or iron available.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the bed was way too hard.

“clean and tidy”

The hotel's location is pretty great - it's close enough to the main walking street to be convenient, but far enough away from the noise to get a good night's sleep. I'd definitely recommend asking for a room with a balcony, as it's a lovely spot to relax. That being said, you get what you pay for, and this hotel is no exception.

“Ok aber achtet lieber auf wichtigere Dinge”

The staff were very friendly and the room was a decent size, but unfortunately, they couldn't even meet my simple requests, like providing extra pillows, even though I'd booked the room multiple times before. I needed extra pillows because of my chronic back pain, and it's not like I was asking for the moon. It's also ridiculous that they think tourists are going to steal the batteries from their remote controls, so they have to tape them down.
