Thomas was amazing. He was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and guided us sincerely throughout our stay. He did everything he could to help us and provided us with very useful information. The rooms are small, but they are perfectly fine if you only use them for sleeping at night and spend most of the day exploring the city. The rooms are fairly clean, the breakfast is good, and one of the biggest positive aspects of the hotel is its kind and welcoming staff

Cleanliness was good. Had a room with a large balcony and access to the rooftop. Decent breakfast, good choices to start the day. Staff gave good advice and assisted with all requests. This area was quiet but close enough to the attractions and restaurants. Had a good sleep at night. The bathrooms need an update, everything was functional but there’s mould in the surrounds of the shower tray. Extractor fans didn’t work. This is not a hotel if you have mobility issues, internally there are stairs between different sections
