We booked and paid for three rooms, but when we arrived at 1 am after our flight, we were told they only had one room for all four of us to share. We wasted an hour and had to find another hotel at 2 am. When we asked for a refund because they took our money and didn’t give us the room, they refused. Everything was bad.
