The spot is awesome, just a stone’s throw from Plaza de Armas, and the hotel can store your luggage. Hot water is available, though you’ll have to wait a long time. The value for money is decent. We had a room with very little hot water and no window overlooking the outside, only one looking out onto the noisy hall—these issues are pretty common in Lima!

The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The facilities were in poor condition, and the floor in the room was uneven.
