The location is decent, but the place isn’t what it used to be; it needs renovation, corridor repairs, and landscaping. The pool water needs changing, restaurant prices are very high, the party areas are outrageously priced, parking isn’t shaded so cars sit in direct sun, the beach area has many rocks and seaweed, cleaning is easy, yet it’s not done.

The place is beautiful, the facilities excellent, and the staff fantastic—especially Kiran, who is very friendly and helpful.

The pool, sea, breakfast, and overall environment are all very good. A written brochure detailing the hotel’s facilities and prices would be helpful; otherwise you have to ask for everything.
