The location is good, though there’s no on‑site parking. The room was clean, yet it had a strong chemical smell from insecticide and was infested with ants from the start. We booked for four days but left a day early because the room didn’t match the photos: it looked open and inviting with a nice terrace, but in reality the door opened onto a courtyard where people walked by, and the shutters were stuck closed, blocking all light. Three days in that dark space were enough. The on‑site contact wasn’t responsible for issues and didn’t pass on information. When we tried to leave early, responsibility was shuffled back and forth between the property and the agency. Both sides initially said early departure was “no problem” and that they were flexible, yet we received no refund, not even for breakfast. The photos were deliberately misleading, and the staff shuffled blame when we raised legitimate concerns, ruining part of our holiday. A vacation should be hassle‑free, but that wasn’t the case here.
