The balcony offered a beautiful view of the city, and the rooms were spacious and clean; the staff were accommodating. The price was high, but it’s a hotel near Times Square.

The room was spacious, with a closet, refrigerator, and a wonderful shower; the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was a bit soft, there was an odd constant sound—maybe the refrigerator—and the lighting in the room was insufficient.
