The spot was perfect, right across from the train station where a 7‑11 is, and next to the hotel a Lawson, all very convenient; the rooftop pool made it a nice business hotel, ideal for hikers heading to Ishizuchi Mountain.

The top floor had a large bath with a view of Ishizuchi Mountain and other sights, but when I sat on the toilet the water flow would automatically start, especially disturbing at night.

The reception staff and lobby had a good vibe, and with a Lawson nearby and restaurants close by it was convenient, yet the room and bathroom were smaller than I expected and free drinks were only available on arrival day, which was disappointing.
