The spot was great, the lobby was spotless and the staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The bathroom in our room could use an upgrade or a thorough cleaning; the caulk at the bottom of the shower where the walls meet the pan was falling apart and had an orangish/pinkish stain. Hallways weren’t kept tidy—food crumbs, paper scraps, and other messes littered the corridors, making them look very dirty.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely noisy; music from neighboring rooms rattled our walls, and the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants stomping all night, waking us up many times. We chose this place for its location, but it turned out to be a bad decision.
