The building was clean and spacious, which was great. I also got to see a lovely old house, and the kids had fun playing with the cat.
The space was roomy and there was a cute cat.
The cat was adorable, the owner was friendly, and there were plenty of child‑friendly items inside the room, which was great.
It was quiet and the access was good, but it felt like I was renting a place where someone actually lived.

Pets were allowed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clean at all; the air‑conditioning ventilation should have been thoroughly cleaned once. The fan heater stopped due to a filter error, and when I checked, there was a lot of dust; the toilet vent was also filthy. Mold removal around the water areas was essential. There was a spider web in the bedroom, and the kitchen storage was too cluttered—unnecessary items should have been discarded. The window screens and walls had years of grime. The studio next to the rental was managed well, but the check‑in time should have ended the rental. After the show ended past 7 pm, I was told the rental period ended at 8 pm, so I had to wait. The next morning, a medium‑sized dog’s waste was left near the entrance; I don’t know if it was stray or free‑roaming. The price isn’t cheap, but this experience was unprecedented, and I won’t return even half‑price. Also, even though pets were allowed, there were no pet items.
