I will say the facilities, even though they might feel a bit outdated are still nice and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was better than expected, having a good selection of fruit and many other treats to fuel for your day. We had the ground floor room with a small garden area and it felt really nice. Personnel were particularly amazing, especially Mara which was super helpful. I forgot my wallet back in the room, and wasn't able to go back and collect it so they sent it to my home in Portugal, every single item within the wallet was there, so personnel is a very high point for this place. All in all a great property and a great stay. Only comment there is no air conditioner which might be a bit uncomfortable for the hotter summer nights

Fantastic hotel! The views were amazing, the staff were very friendly, and the garden terrace and pool area were fantastic after a day of hiking.
