Chroma Pente, a refurbished boutique hotel in Rome, blends contemporary design with historic charm. Located on the first floor of a residential building, it sits 100 m from San Giovanni Metro (Line A) and 200 m from the Basilica of Saint John in Lateran. Rooms feature parquet floors, designer furnishings, original art, rain showers, chromotherapy, and flat‑screen satellite TV. A 10‑minute walk brings guests to the Colosseum.

The location is superb, just 4 minutes to the metro. Email and WhatsApp contact were fairly friendly. The room gets cleaned daily and the air‑conditioner with remote works well. On the downside, there’s no personal contact and the tiny room is very minimal – only a kettle and a 2‑in‑1 hairdryer.

The spot is great, right next to the metro and bus stops, and the neighborhood is quiet. The room is spacious, comfortable, and feels brand new. The manager always replied quickly and was very attentive. We stayed 5 days, everything ran smoothly and we felt very comfortable – I’d recommend it and would come back.

The room is large, clean, and well equipped. Contact was fast and hassle‑free. It’s cleaned every day and the AC was essential for the scorching days. The shower has a few mildew spots… not a big deal.

What we liked most was the owners’ approach – they were willing and always asked how we were doing.

The location is great: bus and metro transport for Rome are top and really close, and the room size is reasonable. It says there’s kitchen access but that’s no longer the case. It states juice, water, and snacks daily in the hall, but there was only water and not daily. If you’re over 1.80m, I don’t recommend the shower because you can’t get under the shower head. Everything else is fine.
