The facilities are very pretty, but the reception staff are not good, they’re cruel, indifferent, as if they don’t like their job, they don’t do it willingly, and there is a lot of delay with only one receptionist handling everyone, causing a lot of delay.

The breakfast was very tasty, the stay comfortable, the room clean, and it’s a good place to connect with nature and rest; there are games to keep you busy, the service is excellent, and everyone is very kind. However, the restaurant menu could use a bit more variety, there’s no option to project from a phone or tablet onto the TV, and during peak season they should consider offering karts and all services on Mondays.
