It was old and didn’t live up to what I was expecting with my family. The breakfast was limited, the lobby was old, and I was told to confirm the booking because I had booked a suite but it turned out to be just a room and a kitchen; when I told them, they said the suite was a room and a kitchen, knowing I had booked a room and lounge, but unfortunately they didn’t understand, so I had to pay 150 SAR to get a lounge, and if I hadn’t booked through Booking I would have cancelled the whole idea.
