“Horrible”
We arrived to find two torn, visibly dirty towels, bugs in the shower, an AC unit jammed in a wall hole that made a horrible noise, and a nightclub next door blasting music until about 2:00 AM, so we couldn't sleep. I had booked and paid for three nights, but left after the first because it was impossible to stay. When I told the hotel I was leaving because of the conditions, they said no refund because I hadn't chosen a refundable rate—acting as if I left by choice, not because the accommodation failed basic standards.
The location is right in the city center, the staff are kind and the service is good. The area is very busy, so it’s not recommended for those who dislike nightlife. The only downside is that the water point is only at the reception.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was clean and the pillows comfortable, but nothing else stood out. The hotel is very central on a street with restaurants, which means noise and music from nearby venues spill over after midnight. The air‑conditioning unit also made a lot of noise and I had to turn it off to sleep. If you’re looking for rest and quiet, this isn’t the best spot.
There was no possibility to order meals in the room.
