The shower and bed were very good, the new air‑conditioning works great, breakfast was okay, and the staff were helpful, but the linens and towels were old and looked somewhat dirty, the curtains were off, the TV had few channels and poor picture, and overall cleanliness was lacking. The location is central but feels underground.

The location is fantastic and the place is very comfortable. Tânia at breakfast is wonderful, very attentive and helpful. No complaints.

The facilities are complete and well maintained, transport links are handy, and there are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby; breakfast is varied and high‑quality, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and always smile. The only downside was that the blankets and sheets felt a bit old.
