We got a very spacious room for our family with a child, the pool turned out to be a great option for the kids and breakfast was excellent, while the staff were friendly and very helpful; however, because of summer roadworks on 26 May the adjacent street is closed, so you can’t reach the hotel from the square by car or on foot, which makes access tricky.
Everything was fine.
The service was impeccable and the design really impressed me.

Huge bright room, wonderful breakfast (both local snacks and champagne, tasty menu dishes, real coffee), spa and pool, great location, staff ready to help (speak Russian and English). Everything was liked. I especially liked the staff t‑shirts with the logo‑pomegranate, which I even wanted to buy, but unfortunately they were not available.
Amazing room (ordered a suite for me and my kids)- very pampering facilities- 2 showers and a bath- the room looked exactly like in the photos, and the pool was amazing! You can tell right from the start that this is a special place ("do not disturb" sign is a sleeping rabbit fluffy doll :-)), and the location is AMAZING- a side street to Rostavelli, 5 mins walk from Liberty Square. Although the main street was going through renovation, we didn't hear anything and it didn't spoil any enjoyment we had from this hotel. Really not worth mentioning! Shota is a great hotel!
