The location of the accommodation is perfect, everything is close by. A short distance is also the Libušina parking garage. We were housed in a reconstructed wing of the hotel. Unfortunately, even at this price we expected a higher standard. The apartment was spacious, which we rate positively, but the overall impression was marred by several shortcomings. At arrival we waited about 20 minutes for check‑in. The reception could use more staff so that guest processing runs more smoothly. The beds were only pushed together, with a large gap between them, which was not very comfortable. The soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. In apartments of this price category a bottle of water on arrival for free is the norm. When we tried to buy water from the minibar we found it empty. Breakfast and wellness were rather average. Overall the stay did not offend, but given the price we expected a significantly higher level of service. We travel to Karlovy Vary regularly every year, but we will probably not choose this hotel on our next visit.

Comfortable beds, fairly stylish room furnishings. Super weak breakfast and extremely arrogant Russian staff. Personal – specifically the old receptionist.

The rooms need an update. The reception staff speak Russian, and they understand almost nothing in other languages.
