“Carino”

Very close to the Metro and Piazza Bovio. Simple but very elegant furnishings with a well‑matched colour scheme. The room looks like the photo. Municipal taxes are paid with several digital options. I think they had a dispute with the plumber because the shower pipe leaks at multiple points, and the toilet’s float needs to be pressed about twenty times to activate the flush. There’s a small step at the room entrance that I found a bit inconvenient. The electrical outlets are few.

The place is well‑located, the check‑in was smooth, the host was helpful, and the bed was comfortable. However, there was a bad smell in the common areas, the building entrance was dirty, and the toilet required pressing the button 25 times to flush.

The welcome was warm, the owners were kind, and the location is great. The only downside was the lack of an elevator; the property sits on the second floor, so carrying heavy luggage was a real challenge for the three of us.

“Muy bueno”

The location is great, close to the center but in a quiet area, near the harbor! The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. Honestly, everything was very good! I would add a few hooks to hang towels in the room, but overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Clean, excellent location, everything close by, very easy contact with a lovely host, quick response when a problem arose. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, with only the minimum basic dishes, no countertop, no sponge or dish soap.
