Everything was fine; the host sent the video for the check‑in, no adjustments needed. The city is reachable in under 10 minutes from the nearest bus stop by any bus, so it was pleasant that the hostel was a bit quieter. The host was very kind. The hostel had everything needed, was very clean. I’m glad we booked here. The bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The bathroom is very spacious, and so is the bedroom; building security is also very good. It’s a bit far from the metro.

The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large with great facilities. The bed was wonderful. The shower heated well, was strong, and well maintained. Overall, the bathroom was very good and very clean. The TV was good with streaming options. The room is very good and the internal areas are well kept. The area isn’t far from the metro, but it’s close to a bus stop with many lines and an up‑to‑date information board. The balcony wasn’t suitable for use, wasn’t clean or tidy, and had pigeon droppings. Not being able to use the kitchen is bad, though understandable and warned beforehand, but lacking utensils like a knife and forks was very bad. It did have a bottle opener and disposable cups. A small problem we had was a clogged drain during our stay, even before we washed our hair; we could have sent someone when we informed the host, but no one was sent and we were told we should open the drain and remove the obstruction, which we did, removing hair that wasn’t even ours. Another issue was the heater, which wasn’t strong enough to keep the whole room warm during the cold nights we spent there.
