The Wi‑fi signal was weak. They offered a room with air conditioning for an extra 20,00, which I accepted and was charged upfront. The AC was defective; I noticed this at night. I took a photo of the error message, showed it at reception during checkout, but they didn't give me a discount and I still paid 130,00, which is very expensive.
