A gorgeous spot with solid facilities and a hot tub that really tops it off, so don't let the few reviews deter you. In our Woodcock cabin there was no free‑standing shower, but that didn't bother us.

Celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Bradan Lodges’ Woodcock Lodge and it was amazing. The hosts set up a lovely welcome banner, and the extra flowers and afternoon tea we added were perfect. We found it easy to coordinate everything beforehand, and the guide and on‑site information were thorough. The lodge itself and its surroundings were beautiful, impeccably clean, and a great place to unwind in the lodge or the hot tub. The nearby towns and villages offered plenty to explore with a short drive. We especially enjoyed meeting the donkeys—they were the best. No problems with the property; just remember to bring bug spray because the area can have a lot of midges—my oversight, and I'm paying for it now.

The property was stunning, spotless, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the large copper bath was amazing. A short trip to Lochgilphead let us enjoy its quaint, friendly town vibe. The hot tub was brilliant with breathtaking views, and we loved watching the donkeys’ antics in the field.
