The host is friendly, the room is comfortable and clean. I would have preferred it warmer.

The hospitality and location are great—walking distance to the festival, arena, and nearby restaurants. Thanks for the chips and crackers! We asked for extra toilet paper and coffee each day to make the four nights easier. The Wi‑Fi was weak—just one bar, router under the stairs, and it couldn’t reach us. More pillows might be stored in a cabinet, and new comforters would help; the brown military blankets were used as extra pillows. Parking was free, but it was fully booked for the festival.
I stayed at a quiet spot near BT Arena, the area was great and calm, parking was available, the owners were very friendly, and I’d definitely come back again!
