The only nice thing was the pool and the close location to Montezuma; everything else was terrible. Customer service was awful— the owner or receptionist gave zero hospitality. We waited almost 30 minutes for someone to attend to us after traveling 7 hours to get there, and when we called they said someone would be there soon and we were made to wait too long. We had already told them we’d arrive between 8 pm and 8:30 pm, and they knew our arrival time but still couldn’t meet us then. When we finally arrived they half‑greeted us, charged us, and treated us like animals. They left reception without saying anything; we only knew we had to follow them to get our room, but they didn’t even tell us to go with them. I absolutely do not recommend this place. At the pool area people were doing a barbecue, which we didn’t like, and there was horrible music and people talking about immortal things. I will never return.

The facilities were great, everything worked well and the place was clean.

“Struttura trasandata”

The location was good for getting to Montezuma even if you need a car, and the pool was decent. The bathroom had no windows and felt very dated, with old and dirty fixtures; the room had a window that had to stay closed and darkened because people passed by, and the lock code could be easily guessed by anyone staying at the hotel; the furnishings were minimal.
