The location is great and the noise is hardly audible, the staff are very friendly and helpful, arranging a day‑trip driver and tickets for other islands at a competitive price, so overall it’s excellent value, though there were many ants in the bathroom—staff supplied chemicals that eliminated them, just something to note.

The location is excellent, the garden is quiet, and a short walk around the corner leads to a lively business street, a palace, a market, and even a monkey forest, all within walking distance; the staff are friendly, helpful, and highly organized.

We had a wonderful stay; our host Desmon was very friendly, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. The grounds and bungalows are set back from the street, providing a very peaceful and quiet environment, with lovely lush gardens to stroll through and a convenient front‑of‑house restaurant.

We found the staff managing the property to be very good during our trip; the terrace is nice, the common garden is large enough to let the sun reach the pool, which is uncommon in central Ubud. The location is superb. I recommend guests slow down or plan their breakfast time. I would advise the staff to replace some towels that unfortunately aren’t cleaned; guests can request a towel change without any problems.
