We’ve stayed here several times and always come back with pleasure. The house is very comfortable and welcoming, with all the necessary amenities, located in the outskirts but only a few steps from the centre. Parking and private entrance are very convenient. Host Massimiliano is always very helpful and kind, greeting us with great warmth. He often offers local products like wine and sweets, and during Christmas he always has a nativity scene with a small tree. Everything is appreciated and well received! Every need or issue was promptly resolved by Massimiliano, so there’s nothing to complain about.

The apartment is in a quiet suburb, and the city centre can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. It has a nice courtyard with a barbecue, table, chairs and couch, although it’s hard to use in winter. The unit is clean. The air‑conditioner only works in the bedroom, while the other rooms stay cold and there’s a big draft under the front door. There’s no Wi‑Fi, and little attention is paid to details: no hanging hooks in the wardrobe, and the breakfast is somewhat disappointing. The price‑quality ratio feels a bit high given the location and services offered.

The location was very convenient for my purpose, and the owners were very hospitable and flexible with the check‑in times. The apartment was clean, bright and had all the comforts (private parking, TV, air‑conditioners, kitchen, bathtub, etc.). It went very well.
