Clean and friendly.

“Bad bad”

I was very disappointed; coming from Minnesota after staying in nine other hotels, this was by far the worst. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, and when it finally was, we were charged for towels that were said to be damaged. The woman who handled it was extremely rude, seemed like the manager, and added the charges herself, forcing us to pay more. I wish I’d read the reviews first; trusting the franchise name was a mistake. I won’t recommend this hotel, as we’ve never seen service this poor. Honestly, investigate and you’ll see it for yourself.

“I love everything about this hotel the room the staff the location everything is great”

It’s close to everything, even my job, and there’s nothing to dislike—everything is good.

I appreciated the relative quiet, though the hotel’s roadside location meant plenty of car noise, and it offered ample parking for my expensive car, trailer, and motorcycle combo that probably cost 120,000; there were many security cameras and the staff were decent. I have nothing to complain about.

“Good value comfy room. Nice staff!”

The staff were great, and the waffles and breakfast were good, while the room was clean and comfy. I wish there were tea options at breakfast, as I’m not a coffee drinker, and the front door didn’t hit the floor; plus the cats were climbing on the vehicles.
