The town centre is close to everything, the reception was very helpful despite language limits. The centre of the town is just cafés and shops, but the surroundings are beautiful, not just Ballestas. Above all I recommend the amazing beaches that the hotel helped me see by finding a great driver. He even knew where drones were allowed and where not. Thank you. The only downside was the poor view from the window and no elevator, meaning I had to carry luggage up the floors by hand. But I’ve gotten used to that a bit, since some Peruvian hotels focus on guests’ physical activity.

Breakfast was good, and the rooms were the same. The guy at reception didn’t understand the exemption issue because my clients were foreigners. He wouldn’t issue an invoice in our agency’s name, even though that’s the law in Peru, and he added 5% extra for card payment. The receptionist didn’t treat me well and was a bit rude. In the end I paid my bill with IGV to get an invoice in our company’s name and an extra 5% for card payment.

Good location, comfortable bed. Too expensive for what you get. No storage space at all. Bland, a low-effort attempt to make money.

Excellent location right next to the sea, parking right outside the building. Bright, friendly rooms, very comfortable beds and everything spotless. Great breakfast on the roof terrace. Thank you!
