The location at Plaza de Armas is wonderful, the view of the Cathedral is incredible, and breakfast on the roof includes two a la carte options; the staff are polite and helpful. Our window wouldn’t open and there was no air conditioning, so the room was stuffy.

The staff were warm and friendly, and the biggest strength was the location right in the plaza de armas; being able to have breakfast on the terrace was everything. I expected a little more from their breakfast.
