We booked through a platform and ended up receiving multiple spam emails asking us to pay 200 EUR immediately or our reservation would be cancelled. The constant pressure made us think about not booking there again.

The staff were very friendly. The room was small but the beds were very comfortable, the windows could be opened and were truly soundproof (even from the airport), and there was a good selection of breakfast options. The air‑conditioner was almost impossible to adjust, the bathroom was freezing, the carpet was very dirty, and the shower flooded the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was generous but poorly organized. The price was €165 plus breakfast – very expensive for this category.

Die junge Dame am Frontoffice sehr nett und höflich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Einchecken sehr schnell. Der Weg zum Airport 15 zu Fuss sehr schnell und sicher. Es wurde eine extra Gebühr von 2,57€ verlangt. Davon stand nichts bei der Buchung. Es gab keine Minibar um Sachen zu kühlen, keine Möglichkeit einen Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, die Betten sehr weich

The standout that won me over was the staff at the hotel. Super accommodating and helpful. I had lost luggage via the airlines and the team made sure I was looked after - whether it be supplying me adapters to help me charge my phone (mine was packed with lost luggage), looking out for said luggage as it trickled in slowly after it was found - including two days after I had checked out. Just wonderful people there! Room was good. Bed comfy. Breakfasts were great. Location was perfect to kick off the jetlag before we really started our European adventures. Vending machine was down but I could get things from the bar instead. Only one lift operational. But managed okay even when the hotel was busy
