The staff at Terraform Hotel were a highlight, being kind, welcoming, and helpful despite the hotel's many issues. The location was also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and seaside spots within walking distance. The food at the restaurant was good, but unfortunately, the hotel's management was a disaster. We'd booked our rooms weeks in advance, but when we arrived late at night, we were told our rooms weren't available due to a "booking mix-up.
